What is your return policy?

 ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE. Pink Confetti will not honor returns unless we have made errors with spelling on custom jewelry. 

*Please Note*

Pink Confetti is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once USPS states that they are in possession of the package. However, we are glad to assist you with contacting USPS if your package experiences a mishap of this kind. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

For all custom orders, you have 3 business days to cancel your order & receive a refund for the full amount. Once your order is submitted into our
queue & production has started, no cancellations will be granted. 

For cancellation of non custom orders, Please note that there will be a 30% non refundable fee on cancelled items, shipping and handling expenses and shipping return expenses will not be refunded. If your package has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
